Cannot switch between email inboxes in yahoo mail
I used to be able to switch between my 2 email accounts in yahoo mail. I would open one account, read and respond to those emails with that email address, then click on on my name, upper right side of page, and it would pull down my 2 accounts, I would click on second account and that page would open with al those emails. Now, I cannot do that at all without first signing out, having togo to the ATT login page and reentering all my sign in id's again. And even then it will only keep going back to my first account. Any ideas what is going on? I man Apple Mac desktop user.It seems to only be happening on my desktop, not my iPad or iPhone. Thanks in advance for any ideas and help!

Now happening to me. I can access my yahoo email but not my att (sbcglobal) email. In the midst of the pandemic, this is SO unacceptable. HELP!!! BTW, I cleared the cache and cookies to no avail.

As of 8-26-20, this problem is still not fixed! It started for me a few weeks ago, and none of the suggested "solutions" work. Even if I log out of the primary yahoo (sbcglobal) email (mine) and even if I switch from Chrome to Edge, it won't recognize my wife's yahoo (sbcglobal) email account. She can log in from her Macbook or from her iphone, but not on the PC desktop. It used to work just fine. we'd jump ship if it weren't such a hassel to change email providers.

Hello @mike_mann, thanks for your reply we’ll be glad to help with that.
It sounds like this issue may be a bit different in that you are unable to access your wife’s email at all on the PC rather than accessing it but having to sign out and back in. Is that correct?
If so, the suggestion would be to send feedback about the issue to our email team. Here is how:
2. Click on the Gear for settings
3. Click on the Give Feedback options
The feedback is monitored and should be responded to quickly.
If not, and you're having the other issue being you can access her email but have to sign out instead of easily switching between the two, I believe that issue is still ongoing.
A couple of alternatives we can suggest for that would be:
Please let us know if this helps address the problem.

Thank you, Jeff. You're correct, that my wife's email can't be accessed at all from our PC, whether I sign out or not. I've left a description of the problem as feedback on the currently website, as you suggested. I hope a solution can be found.
