My plan was changed without my autorization
Hi,
Our phone service was changed by AT&T without my authorization.
I am unhappy about the changes to our service plant without my consent.
The changes that were made we do not need and they cost extra.
I was promised in the phone and with text communication, that it will be resolved and my account will be corrected and credited but the correction and credit never happen.

If you have a Mobile Share Advantage plan, all of them increased in data and price. AT&T doesn't need your consent to do so, no more than 7-11 needs your consent to change the price of gas.
If you have a different plan, share some more details (like the plan name and price) and we can give further advice.

You are getting help. You've been repeatedly told about the other options you have, but you've refused to consider them. Unfortunately, taking advantage of one of the other options or accepting the "new normal" is the only help you can get.

At the gas stations and at 7-11 we have a choice to buy gas or goods or not, but AT&T did not give me a choice!
Please look at my account the extra data removed and extra cost was not.

I do not use much data 1GB is enough for me. You will see if you will review my previous month.

You have a choice! You don't have to purchase service from AT&T.
This is a community forum, no one here can see your account. The current 1 GB plan is $45 with the autopay/paperless discount. Like I said, you don't have to stay with AT&T if you don't like their plans and pricing.

You are wrong because,
I cant't switch the from ATT until I finish paying for the phone.
ATT knows i can't switch and increased more data I do not need and price with it,.
So i do not have a choice until the phone is pied-out.

Electric companies and cable companies raise prices without notice and it’s completely legit. You have received a nominal price increase. The increase in data was a gesture ATT did not have to make. You can look at the Flex plan, which for many is cheaper than the new Advantage price. You can see prices in your My ATT app if you login and manage your data plan.

You can switch before you pay off the phone, the remaining payments will just become due immediately.

It dose not make it right for me that your plan was changed too.
Some people need more data, I do not.
ATT did changed my data back to 1GB but never gave me the credit for the difference.
keep hanging up the phone.
when i text they the promise to do the credit for the difference and never do,
