When i found out NHL Network was on U-Verse, it was not on my U300 plan. I am pretty sure it is only on U450 or Sports Package. It should be like NFL Network: On U200 package. ...

NFL has a much higher viewership overall than NHL, especially considering that most of AT&T's wireline homes are in warmer states where hockey is not as popular. Thus, it's an easier sale to ask AT&T to pay a fee for every U-200 subscriber for NFL Network than it is to ask them to pay a fee for every U-200 and U-300 subscriber for NHL Network. Helps keep costs down for the more budget oriented tiers. And for those who have to have NHL, AT&T can upsell. It's a win-win for AT&T.
