Fixed. It took a couple of calls to att. One lost connection who never called back. Several rebootings without success. Finally was sent to a "higher level" department who was to call back but never did. However, a day later the guide info appeared. It also seems that my two smart tvs lost their connection to the internet during the process. Fixed that myself.
