Cannot access HBO go with uverse account
I cannot access hbogo, getting this message when I try to log in. I have HBO.
We’re having trouble verifying your access to HBO GO with your TV provider. It appears that your AT&T U-verse subscription does not include HBO. HBO GO is available free to AT&T U-verse customers who subscribe to HBO. If you believe that you received this message in error, please contact AT&T at 800-ATT-2020 or visit http://www.att.com/uverse. If you would like to sign up for HBO, you can do so directly from your television by going to channel 9910 and following the instructions. You may also call AT&T directly at 800-ATT-2020 or visit http://www.att.com/olam.

Good morning @susientx!
Thank you so much for reaching out to us over our Community Forums! I’m terribly sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing trouble with your HBO Go services. I’ll be happy to help out!
To get started, make sure you’re using the same login information you use on att.com. Ensure you have an email address set up in your Uverse account and use the same email when you log into HBO Go. If this doesn’t do the trick, make sure you’re on the most current update for the app. Uninstall and reinstall the application if you have to.
Let me know how this works for you!

Sorry, that did not work. I even tried changing my ATT user name to see if that would help.
It is not just one app that isn't working. I can't access it from Roku or online.

I am experiencing the same thing not just with HBO, but with other stations as well. I am trying on my phone and Roku and also on laptop when I try to access online. I have tried Showtime, Nick Jr, and Bravo so far. These are all on my subscription plan.

AT&T - can you please assist? I have read on other message boards it has to do with some kind of setting on the ATT side and the above from David4820 seems to support that.

Same issue here as well. I was told that our subscription does not support the Go features. Did anyone else get this response?

Having the same issue. If we pay for HBO we should have access to hbo go. Customer service is no help. If the hbo on demand through att was good then we would not need it. But it is not so...please help us fix this issue.
