• How is your setup? Is the console connected wirelessly or tethered to either mobile router's Wi-Fi network via a USB cable that came in the package with the mobile router?

The first action you should take is to check whether your Xbox appears among connected devices on the mobile router web page:

1. From a computer that is connected to your network, launch a web browser.
2. Enter http://attwifimanager or http://192.168.1.1. A login page displays.
3. Enter the administrator login password. The password is case-sensitive.

Whether you're connected to the network (either with Wi-Fi or with a tethered connection), you can use a web browser to access the mobile router to view or change its settings.
