Spotify crash

Thank you for posting! What device are you having the issue on? Did it start happening after a recent app or OS update? What troubleshooting have you done already?

Thanks for the response! I am using an iPhone XR. I did notice it after an update. I cleared the storage, I made a new account, and I tried uninstalling songs and reinstalling them.

It's not likely to be caused by a hardware issue, and since it started happening after a software update, there might be an app update coming to address it. Have you tried removing and reinstalling the app? If not, I would recommend uninstalling it, restarting your phone, and then reinstalling the app.

Thanks for reaching out. There was a known issue this past summer with the app crashing on iPhones. The developers were working on an update to address this.

Which iOS is your iPhone running? Are you receiving an error message when it crashes?

I am running 14.2 and I do not receive a notification

Are the other apps working well, @jimmybowlds? Are you having any issues connecting with data?

If not, then we're waiting on an update for the app itself. You'll need to contact Spotify or file a report to the developers through the app store.
