My Mobil app is not updating my usage. It says I am on the last day of the month and it is the 4th. Is this a wide spread issue and will it be corrected soon. Thanks

We recently rolled out some changes to the myAT&T app and this could be what is causing your issue. Please make sure the app is up to date by going into either the Google Play store or iTunes store.
If the app is still reported the wrong information please completely remove the app, turn the phone off and back on and reinstall the app. Many times this helps fix a corrupted app.
