I am not receiving pin for AT&T Tuesday ticket offer

I am not receiving pin for AT&T Tuesday ticket offer. I tried that after clearing my browser cache too. But it's not working. It just says that "We are activating your coupon. We’ll send a pin shortly." but it never comes. Can anyone help??

Hi @halderpritam,

 

I actually experienced this issue as well and reached out to one of the admins earlier today who in turn got some info for me.

 

Currently the vendor is aware of the issue and are working on it. There isn't an ETA as of this afternoon, but it should be working soon. I would try again later today or tomorrow.
