Can’t log into AT&T Thanks App
Hi! I’m a new customer and just downloaded the AT&T Thanks app. When I tried to log in, though, I received an error message stating that my account doesn’t exist. I can log into the myATT app and site without a problem, though. What gives?

Thanks for posting. We can definitely help you access & check your AT&T Thanks benefits.
Just to make sure we understand completely; You're new to AT&T and when you attempt to login via the Thanks app, you get the error message stating that your account doesn't exist?
How new is your account?
Lets start off by resetting your account password - then login to myATT, Thanks app, & the Thanks website. You can do this! Try all three then post back with your results.
