Cannot reconnect Family Map
I have been a member for a year. Someone deleted my connection and when I try to reconnect it goes round in circles: enter phone> receive/enter code> continue> get started> enter phone> receive/enter code> etc, etc.

This is a very interesting issue. I would be more than happy to help get this sorted out!
Make sure your phone and app are up-to-date. Having the latest software ensures the utmost compatibility between devices and their apps. To update your device, visit our Device Support Tool. Once here, go to View All Solutions > System & storage > Software update. This will provide you with the latest software and how to install it.
I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling Family Maps. This will help clear out any glitches or bugs within the app. You can do this using the previously mentioned tool; go to View All Solutions > Apps & Web > Remove an app for instructions on how to do this.
