AT&T Store Locator

Where can I find the locations of an ATT Corporate Store and would that be the same as an ATT Company Store?

I think you should visit the Samsung website for specs, details and functionalities of the phone.

Hello.  I am looking for an ATT Company owned store in the metro detroit area and not an authorized dealer.  I have just had a bad experience with an authorized dealer and will not use one ever again.  Thanks.

I intend to switch phone providers. How hard is it to acquire a transfer pin for my new provider?

Hello Trish_46, we're here to help you acquiring a Number Transfer Pin.

You’ll need a Number Transfer PIN (and required account info) to transfer your number from AT&T to another service provider.

Request your Number Transfer PIN close to the time you’ll submit the transfer request to the new provider. You can use a single Number Transfer PIN for all numbers that are on the same account. The Number Transfer PIN will expire four days after you request it. If you need a new one, you can ask for another by following the same steps.

From your AT&T mobile device

Call *PORT. Follow the prompts to get your Number Transfer PIN sent to you via text.  You’ll need your account passcode to generate the Number Transfer Pin when calling *PORT.

FYI: FirstNet and Family plan members can't use this option. Instead, use the myAT&T app or myAT&T online to get your Number Transfer PIN.

With the myAT&T app

  1. Sign into the myAT&T app.
  2. Choose More and then Manage profile.
  3. Select People & Permissions.
  4. Scroll to Transfer phone number and select Request a new PIN. Your Number Transfer PIN will display on the screen.

Good to know: Don’t see People & Permissions? You may have to sign in to myAT&T from a browser.

Online with myAT&T

  1. Go to your myAT&T profile.
  2. Choose People & Permissions.
  3. Select Wireless.
  4. Scroll to Transfer phone number and select Request a new PIN. Your Number Transfer PIN will display on the screen.

Heads up: AT&T employees can’t generate a Number Transfer PIN on your behalf.

Let us know if this helps you out.
