Why can’t I view my bill on myATT

I haven’t been able to view my bill online for over 6 months and no one at att seems to know how to fix this. I also have a direct tv account I do not use yet which they say could be the problem but neither place is taking responsibility or knows what to do....

Hello @Na1130,

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to view your bill on myAT&T. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. Have you followed the steps to View your bills online on our website? Are you able to successfully sign in to myAT&T? Are you getting any error messages when you try to view your bill on myAT&T, or is your bill not showing up at all? What device are you using to access myAT&T? Are you experiencing this issue with the myAT&T app on your cell phone, or when you sign in to myAT&T on our website? You mentioned that you also have DIRECTV service with us. Are your bills combined? Please let us know. We look forward to hearing back from you.

My Aug 2019 AT$T bill is still not viewable. My billing cycle ended 12 days ago. My bill is higher than normal, but cannot dispute without seeing the specifics

Same issue.  I cannot download my bill for remittance for my work and when I call AT&T they say they can send me a paper bill for $5 a pop.  I am not sure but i really think there are many violations going on if they refuse you a bill or make you pay additionally to see it.  And oddly I could not download the transcript of the conversation either.  Luckily I had enough time to collect the screenshots I needed.  For those who read this do not spend too much time trying to resolve your issues as it will not happen.  make sure to take screen shots of your chat and take action if you are told you have to pay extra to have access to your bill.  Document everything!

I have this same problem. Ever since I added direct tv it’s been an issue. I’ve finally been able to cancel after the 2 years and my att bill is still messed up.

Seriously looking into just moving to Verizon even though I’ve been att wireless customer for about 10 years or longer 😡

Was just on hold for 30 minutes and no answer, I’ve called multiple times and they say it’s fixed but it’s not.

I can’t view my usage, my bill, or update my payment amount. It won’t switch between att now and wireless.

I've been experiencing this problem for about a year and they obviously don't give a $#!+. I wouldn't be surprised that they did this on purpose to charge us more without being able to dispute anything. All they did was give me false hope, telling me they fixed the issue, it'll show within 2 cycle Bill's and a year later, I still nothing! 🖕🏼 AT&T!

file a complaint with the fcc.  just google "fcc complaint" to find the fcc website and follow prompts.  and until they sort it out cancel the credit card they know and don't give them a new one until they fix it.  or even better. find a company that does treats their customers with a little respect and understand that they are nothing without their loyal customers.

I've gone paperIess and also wonder why I can't view my monthly charges (breakdown) until either shortly before payment is due or after I've made payment.  It seems to me if AT&T has my total online billing ready to go, I should be able to view my entire bill, not just the total.

@kim2021 You can or should be able to. I can always view all charges as soon as the bill is generated which is 16-17 days before the due date.

I have never been able to see my bill either and the charges are much much higher than what I was told when I signed up. I cannot wait to leave them and go to T-Mobile or Verizon. Never had a problem viewing my bills with them. It is 2021 and ridiculous we can't see something as simple as our bill online.
