Hey, @pgrey!
I just got chat to work on FF for me. Can you walk me through what you're seeing?
If a chat rep is available, the blue chat button should appear when you select a particular category on the support page (i.e. Wireless, Digital TV, Internet, etc.).
Once you click on the link, it should open a window with links to narrow down your topic. Once you've selected a topic, you should be able to input your information and initiate a chat with an agent.
What happens when you try? Is it just spinning? Or are you not seeing the link at all? Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hello Community,
Chat should be available on your PC and on your Mobile device. If you are not seeing the option, please send us a Private Message so we can troubleshoot this issue.
In the past, if there was a wait time in chat, the option would not be available to reach us. However, we have since updated that, and even if we are busy, you can still be in line to speak to someone.

problem is my request for reimbursement of second Iphone6 purchased in January has been denied by the Office of the President, ATT. They tell me now that I did not meet two elements for reimbursement:
1. only the Iphone 6 was eligible for bogo.
2. need to activate new ATT cell line to qualify.
Neither of these requirements were stated by the ATT rep at the store.
Also, a got a call a month ago from the office of the President who said they would reimburse me for the cost of the second phone, provided I returned the phone. I said I got the phone under BOGO and would not return it. She said ok, they will reimburse me for the $550 cost of the second phone, on which I had already paid $184 via automatic bank payment.

This is from my own experience in October 2016.
The live chat button didn't work on Firefox browser.
It showed up when I logged into my account using Google Chrome.
From there, just go to Support>contact us> wireless mobile>
then it should pop up at lower right

I've read through this forum and tried everything that's been suggested. I have been searching for the Live Chat option which seems to appear at its own discretion. I was actually chatting with an agent (Live Chat option appeared at the bottom) and somehow I navigated away from the live chat with the agent and now can't find the option to chat again. This is so very frustrating. Why can't AT&T make this easier to chat with someone online if they are going to offer the option??? Very frustrating to say the least!
