LG V20 little to no connection

I have had the V20 for about 2 weeks now and I thought ATT network was pretty good. I had several people tell to switch to them if I want to get a connection in some remote areas I like to camp at. In town I am lucky to get 2 bars indoors or outdoors. In the rural areas I camp at I get no signal. I did get a bar while campping this past weekend, but when I went to send out a text it dropped too no connection.

Anyone else having problems with the V20 having connection issues to ATT towers?

I had a v10 . at my home i got 3 bars and lte. It died and insurance
upgraded me to the v20. Now I'm lucky if i get 2 bars at home. After i
had the new v20 a couple of weeks i got online with chat support. The tech
checked a bunch of settings and then Even logged into my phone remotely and
after some more searching through settings decided that the antenna must be
loose and warranty replaced the v20. The new one is basically the same as
the first. I guess i just have to use WiFi calling at home until att
upgrades their network.

there is nothing ATT can do if the phones antennas are junk like in the v20.
