Can't make or receive calls. Text ok
Cannot make or receive calls on my sons galaxy A50 for several months now. Can send and receive text but he just informed me that he hasn't been able to call or receive calls ever since we switched him over to att prepaid. Approximately 2 months ago. I just thought he was sending me to voicemail everytime I tried to call him but it hasn't worked this whole time. Data and text work fine. Just calls. HELP!!!!!!

Hey Smurd20 lets point you in the right direction.
Try these troubleshooting steps to help get your calls back to working.
Turn off your device and turn it back on after 15 seconds to reset your device and reset your network settings to refresh your network. Go to Settings>General management>Reset>Reset network settings.
To Resolve:
Determine if the device is HD Voice capable If you are using Wifi calling, HD voice is enabled.
Android
Once complete, please ensure you power your phone off and back on to establish a fresh connection with the network.
We hope this information helps, and thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums.
