blinking information light on att wireless home phone

Loyal, we are not considered loyal customers anymore.  They took away my loyalty discount on each of my devices when they upgraded me because it has a different name.  Get conflicting stories etc.  I then asked if I can get the loyalty discount I am getting on my wireless cell phone of $5.00 for the other two lines for the wireless home phones (as $20.00 a month is a big, big loss) and never heard from them.  Guess the response is a big no......So far my two devices are working but have had major issues with the replacement flip phone and the reps don't know the truth of what is correct with the phone.  So so frustrating.
