Can’t send regular text
My phone (iPhone 8 plus) isn’t allowing me to send any messages expect for iMessages. I can receive and make calls but I can not send a regular text message. Please help.

What phone?
Is it a new phone?
Did this just start happening?
Either way, might need to call AT&T directly about that.

My texts will not go through. It says it's failed to send the message. I have restarted several times but to no avail.
