Old Southwestern Bell Easement

I need to terminate an easement in Texas on my property that was done in 1942 with Southwestern Bell. Who do I contact?

Search for release of easement in your area.

I would love some help with the same issue! My property title report includes an easement for the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph company which after a couple name changes was acquired by AT&T. How can I find out if this easement is still active and if I can get AT&T to vacate it so I can add on to my home? It was no help to call AT&T so I'm reaching out here in hopes someone can put me in touch with the right person to give me answers. Thanks!

Let's see if we can get that easement released, @allynoelles

We're going to need to meet in a private message, so that we can get this processed for you. Please check the direct message inbox in the top right corner of the page.

Looking forward to chatting with you!

Seems @allynoelles is spamming the board by digging up old topics and posting the same issue over and over.  Also @ATTHelp has told them to meet via DM on at least three of them.  Leaving this one open and removing the rest.

Sorry, I didn't mean it as spam, was just hoping to get a response to one and now I am having a conversation with a representative. 👍A few hours on the phone with AT&T to no avail making one realize that it really depends which person sees your request as far as how much help you get.

See the topic I linked. You should have started your own new topic, but not now. You were also sent a DM request by @ATTHelp
