Utility Easement

I am looking for the department that  handles easements in Orlando Florida. We are seeking to modify an existing easement agreement.

Currently these are being handled by @ATTHelp hopefully tagging them will get their attention to this topic.

You have come to the right place, @ebrunicardi! Let us provide you with the correct information about easement agreements.

Currently, if you do wish to build on or around an easement, you will need to contact your town building department to obtain and fill out a release of easement form.

We invite you to visit AT&T Solutions Easement FAQs. There, you will want to view the section How to know if there is an Easement on your Property which states:

  • You can go to the county land records office or city hall and ask a clerk to show you a map of the easement locations. A survey of the property will also show the location of utility easements.

We hope this info helps. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

@Constructive User @Hannan77 has opened their own topic and posted in two other topics. I directed them to this one as it addresses release of easement, which is what the other two said he was looking for. They don't think this response from ATTHelp is what they need, even though it's AT&T's advice on the issue. I'm going to close this topic to posting also as I don't want the response from @ATTHelp to get buried. The topic the user opened can be found here.
