Anything going on with Bellsouth email accounts?
I'm getting email in, but our copier is set to send out email through Gmail. I can see the emails in my sent items of the Gmail account and can forward them to another account, but don't seem to be getting anything from Gmail. I then went through a round robin, emailing my bellsouth account, 2 different gmail accounts, and another domain, all the emails go to all of the other accounts, just didn't receive anything to the bellsouth account. Checked SPAM, bulk email, junk, trash, no rules.

Hi @allenflame! Thank you for reaching out to us! We understand that you're facing issue with receiving emails. We hear you, and are happy to assist you.
There are several reasons on why you might not be receiving email from a specific user. Please check on the below steps:
You may have blocked either their email address or domain extensions (for example, com, org, net). Check if you have the Blocked Addresses feature enabled:
Heads up: You could've block a whole domain if you do not enter a valid email address. Check all blocked addresses listed.
If no erroneous blocks were found, or no blocked addresses exist, check the filters. You may have created email filters.
Also, please try resetting your password as this could help resolving the issue. Please review our AT&T Mail support for more information.
Let me know how it goes.
For further assistance we're here to assist you.
Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums!

Same issue here. Can access my email fine, both via Outlook and Yahoo Mail/Currently. I'm receiving some email, but emails that people tell me they send is come in hours later. One email that they sent at 12:20pm yesterday, came in at 6:56am today. Other emails (specifically with attachments) are coming in that I know were sent. I've checked with my personal email and a friend's work email. I've checked rules and don't have any setup. I've checked my spam folder, junk, bulk mail, Even tried searching, still not there.
***** just saw that someone at ATT finally acknowledged the issue, and there is an open ticket (1605187) now **********
**** Looks like it's affecting sending email as well. Sent an email from Bellsouth to gmail account, sent at 7:58am, received in my mailbox at 8:10am.

Respecfully, @allenflame, you did not have the same issue, at least until your last appendix "Looks like it's affecting sending email as well". OP was describing a sending issue and you were describing a receiving one.

To address the receiving problem, AT&T black lists mail servers by IP address. Somehow, one or more of Microsoft's e-mail servers (and I think possibly a G-mail server) got on AT&T's black list to block incoming e-mail from and that has caused issues for people trying to send from one of these mail services. Microsoft and Google have to work with AT&T to get that block cleared, which means Microsoft and Google need to care about it, which they really don't. Yes, it will get cleared up eventually.
