This has been an infuriating experience. None of AT&T's suggested fixes
have worked. I still cannot access my e-mail & it's going to take months
to reconstruct my address book for another account. Not to mention that
important information I'd kept in folder may never be recovered. .

For the past 20 years I have been able to send and receive my emails via outlook express

I also have been able to send and receive emails from my android phone for the past 4 years

It's been 5 days since I've gotten emails

I've even tried going to start.att.net

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Go to: start.att.net
2. I successfully log in
3. When I go to my emails, I get the following message:
Not Found on Accelerator
Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again.

I've also changed my email password but that didn't work

This is very important that I get this resolved asap...

Hi. Hoping someone can help me. I haven’t been able to get into any of my emails for 4 days. I keep getting a message  stating Not Foind On Accelerator. Your request on the specified host was not found. Check location and try again.  I’ve tried other browsers, clearing history, clear cache, cookies etc.  I’ve also tried on other devices such as my cell phone and a different computer and only receive the same message.  Can anyone provide a solution or help in anyway? Very grateful!

Having same issue for last 3 weeks.  customer service tells me they are aware of issue and working on it.. try again in 24-48 hrs.  If this is the way At&t treats a major problem, I might have to switch wireless carriers also before something happens as I can't risk losing emails and calls and no one at At&T seems to care.

Hello @bluspell,

I understand the importance of your email, so let's see what we can do to resolve your issue.
After doing some research, it appears that Outlook Express is discontinued and no longer supported.
Have you tried accessing your email's via Microsoft Outlook after linking your email there?
Let us know.

Hello,

My parents and I are not able to access their sbcglobal.net email for the past couple days. When we try to sign in it directs us to a page that says:

Not Found on Accelerator

Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again.

I've tried on web and on mobile, same page and this same thing shows up.

We had this sbcglobal.net email connected through our landline which we disconnected a couple months ago. We were told eventhough we disconnected our landline, we are still able to use and access the email.

I have followed the troubleshooting options but still no luck.

Please help us resolve this issue as soon as possibility because my parents are receiving very important documents and have documents from past emails saved on there.

Thank you,

Jennie Sana
