Cannot Safely Connect To Server or Connection Problems (ATT)
These are the two error messages I get from my android phone and Fire Tablet. Gmail works fine, and ATT email works on my computer. No operating system updates or changes for months. But just tonight, email won't work. ATT won't help unless I pay for some special service-I already pay them enough. I did nothing to cause this, but suddenly email doesn't work/

Good Wednesday afternoon @GOOGLEGIRL567!
It is my understanding you have an app called “Virtual Families” which is not working. I know it can be upsetting when are favorite distractions are not working. Let me share some troubleshooting information with you.
We will ask you to access the AT&T Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. Please log in to this tool with your myAT&T user ID and password. This will ensure you get the most accurate and authentic troubleshooting experience.
Once you have successfully signed in scroll down to Device/ software issues > Select Apps > App doesn’t work > Next and follow the instructions. This tool will check settings, memory, and app data in order to get it working again.
If the tool does not fix the app for you, you will need to contact the app vendor. Their website is www.lastdayofwork.com and you can email them at support@ldw.zendesk.com.
Thank you for utilizing the Community Forums and have a fantastic week.

Had same issue on Samsung S Note 3. It wouldn't allow adding new AT&T e-mail to managed accounts. Changed from SSL to SSL all certificates......it's working.

I removed email from my phone when I stopped receiving emails, now I cannot add it back because it says "cannot safely connect to server". I have a Verizon phone, they set it up through Google, but it just keeps downloading OLD emails. I want my ATT Outlook setup back!!!

I always had just clicked on Google to get me patched up with my built-in email app on my Galaxy S6. But I did a factory reset yesterday and now do not connect to server and Google's click button does not work either.

I didn't have to start all over. I just changed the security settings from SSL to SSL-accept all certificates and, wala, I was good to go. Thanks for the tip.
