How Do I Escalate A Property Damage Claim with AT&T, Sedgwick, and Mastec?
I submitted a claim for damage to my main water line resulting from AT&T's subcontractor, Mastec laying fiber lines. They refuse to accept responsibility and reimburse me for the cost to fix the water line. I regret ever signing up for their service because this has been a frustrating experience from start to finish.

I'm having the same issue; I filed a claim, and no one is taking responsibility for the damages. AT&T blames IVY SMITH & IVY SMITH says it's an AT&T problem and I have NOT heard anything from AT&T or Sedgwick. Do I have to get a lawyer to get this resolved?

Did your claim ever get resolved? I just filed a claim and am having issues getting a hold of them for status.
