You may use your AT&T Reward Visa® Virtual Account* for purchases anywhere Visa® cards are accepted online. Funds issued on a Virtual Reward cannot be used for in-store purchases. Find answers to the most common questions about your AT&T virtual reward card on our website.

I was able to claim it and then was told I'd receive another email with the information. No other information including virtual card number was never sent...

I am trying to check my balance on the virtual rewards account and nothing is working. I enter in the requested information (first four numbers) and nothing happens. How can I check the balance remains?

Claimed it and then was told I'd receive another email with the virtual card within an hour. No other information including virtual card number was never sent and the site vanished from my screen when I tried to go back to resend the info (or try to). I’ve already tried clicking the link above and using the claim # initially emailed to me… did not give me the virtual card information I was looking for. It just told me it had been claimed…

I op'ed to get the virtual card and it says my card was mailed on 9/11. When do I get the email with the card number?
