I'm not sure why you're posting here about the camera. We can't help you with watching its output on Roku, or much else.
What we can tell you is that an NVG510 is an older Gateway for ADSL2+ DSL service, so:
1) it doesn't have support for the latest Wi-Fi protocols, and
2) your internet connection's upload speed is not going to be much (if any) over 1 Mbps, which won't allow for HD video viewed over the Internet.
Otherwise, you should find a forum for laview cameras and see what they can help you wish.

We know a little bit about the NVG 510. A bit about the AT&T Network.
Speaking for myself, I know nothing about your camera, or its manufacturer, or using Roku to view a camera in the local LAN.
In an AT&T-hosted forum, you should expect people to know about the AT&T stuff, and not necessarily the camera. Perhaps the camera manufacturer hosts a forum where there will be people knowledgeable about their stuff.
