Unable to take the Copyright Infringement Tutorial

I've been trying for 3 days to take the copyright infringement tutorial, however everytime I try I get a screen stating "We're Sorry. We cannot process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

I've tried the following:

  • clearing the cache
  • Using Chrome
  • Using Safari
  • Using FireFox
  • Using Internet Explorer
  • On a PC
  • On a Mac
  • On iOS

I called teck support but that didn't help. My wife and I both work from home, we don't pirate stuff, and we just need our internet back to work. If we can't get it solved we'll have to change providers in order to keep our jobs.

Hi there @Fiber_Sam!

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Community Forums. When you work from home, it can definitely be concerning to receive a copyright infringement notice. I will be delighted to assist you with some additional information.

When you attempted to take the tutorial, did you do so at our AT&T Copyright site here? Also, did you ensure to sign in with your Access ID/Password and submit your Contact Us form? If you are still running into issues, I can help you further. Please send me a private message to @ATTCares. Please include your full name, account number and phone number.

Thanks, and have a beautiful day!

Their sites busted. Can't take it either. If you interrupt my service I'm just going to use this months bill to get Mediacom. Sick of you bastids sending me letters for things I never downloaded. Fix your trash site.

Instead spending your departmental money on digging so deep into customers information and content of which they browse, take that money and move it to your website development department. I'm disgusted in the amount I spent MONTHLY with you, and your main objective is to watch, dig, pry through all my network movement and accuse ME, your loyal paying customer of copyright infringement. Make me go on a wild goose chase to take some tutorial to educate me on something you have no business getting into in the first place. After 45 minuets of trying to please AT&T by a threat you made by limiting  the service I pay for every single month, I end up on a discussion board of  paying customers explaining that they to have ran into the same problem.  Say we  are going to the wrong site/link or signing in with the wrong user name / password.  ---- AND THEN tell me to " Please send me a private message to @ATTCares. Please include your full name, account number and phone number. "    AT&T, If you would like to continue sending threats  "ACTION REQUIRED TO AVOID LIMITING OF YOUR INTERNET SERVICE!" Please make sure you have the available means (copyright-infringement tutorial) to fix the problem.

I have  tried to log on the copyright-infringement tutorial site with no avail I don't know how I got into this  because I don't get on the internet to copy any movies. However I can't take the tutorial so what should I do because you are threating to limit my internet and if I can't do the tutorial why should my internet be limited this seem like ATT issue. I pay my bill every month I don't feel that is fair.

All of these forums that say "solved" are complete lies.  I have tried to take this copyright infringement tutorial on multiple computers, attempted on multiple browsers, and get ID not authorized when trying to log in and the same issue the user posted about above.

I have spent hours trying, and also spoke to a rep from AT&T support, and they couldn't even get to the page or open up the tutorial either.

At the same time, my interest at home has been disrupted since I couldn't take this tutorial, and I just paid my bills in full and am now being completely cheated by AT&T.  Their lack of help in this situation is beyond terrible!

Hi Att,

I, too, was unable to complete the same urgent request from Att.  The Copyright Infringement Educaitonal Video is unavailble.  You need to provide cusumers with multiple opportunities and array of access if you are to deem urgent and required with threating dialogue.  I would attache a screenshot to my post varifying this error, but it seems this forum is also lacking Att funding and functionality.  Please advise.
