TV picture quality varies

I have an HD smart TV and am connected wirelessly to ATT internet. In the last few months, picture quality for streaming video, especially on Amazon, has been terrible. It's very fuzzy or pixilated. Sometimes it starts out that way and gets better, but not always. I find this most often with Amazon but I've experienced it with Netflix, too. And with Hulu the streaming sometimes stops abruptly and I have to start Hulu over again. The situation seems to be getting worse.

I originally blamed it on Amazon, but I think it's broader than that. Any suggestions?

Hello @wmdix1935!

I understand how low streaming quality can prove to be problematic, and would be more than happy to assist with this issue.

I would recommend restarting the Wi-Fi router to correct this problem. Also, when connected wirelessly, the quality may not be as great as having a wired connection to the Wi-Fi. If the quality remains spotty, please try connecting the television directly to the Wi-Fi source.

Please let me know if this information helps!
