Port Forward 443 On ATT Beam or ATT Global Modem USB800/CradlePoint 1200b

Hello,

We are in a situation where the only option for internet is with an ATT Beam. We use a CradlePoint 1200b router and this setup has really worked well

for us. Our (Edited per community guidelines) provider released an App that requires Port 443 to a Static IP of 52.202.188.81 be open for both incoming and outgoing traffic.

My understanding is that ATT would have to open that port for me but haven't a clue how to proceed.

If required or if it would be a better option we could go with the ATT Global Modem USB800.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
