PlayStation network sing in failed!

Can’t sign into PlayStation Network using my home internet connection. The console has a solid internet connection but fails when attempting to reach PlayStation Network Servers.

I have tried opening all of the necessary ports myself and I’ve also had AT&T technical support open up my firewall Incase I was doing it incorrectly.

My PS4 is running to most current update with no other updates available.

I tried my ps4 at a friend’s house using their home internet connection and it worked flawlessly. It immediately connects to the PSN servers.

I have also also tried to use a hotspot from my phone and the PS4 connected to it with no issues at all. My hotspot connection is vastly inferior to my home internet speeds and it still managed to do the job.

Hi, @Rarest.

We are happy to help you regain access to the PlayStation Network. We hate to hear that you are experiencing this error.

Most errors can be quickly fixed by rebooting your internet modem. We hope this helps, let us know if this helps you access your desired websites.
