Leave Good Review for Technician
Hello,
I had an AT&T Technician come to my home this week to install our new fiber optic UVerse Internet. I would like to leave a compliment and good review for his hard work since it was not an easy job.
Is there an email address at AT&T that I can use to direct this to the person who overseas this technician or any other way I can submit it?
Thank you,
Alex M.

I would also like to leave an excellent review for my install tech. He went above and beyond. Do you have a link I can follow to give him a rating?

The technicians are lazy and don't want to come to your house to work. I say this because the last three times I had at&t internet, the technician did not show up to install my internet until I threatened to cancel my order. I wait all day for a technician and no call, no show. I call customer service and they make up excuses and lies about why they've wasted 12 hours of my life that I can never get back. Each time I think about giving at&t another chance to be a good business, they mess it up. I have never and will never refer anyone I know to at&t.

Hi!
I would like to make a very good review for one of the AT&T Technicians. His name is Yamel and he helped us a few days ago with our broadband wall jack in order to start in a proper way with our home internet service. Very patient and professional. Again, thanks to AT&T for the quality service and, most of all, to Yamel for its wonderful performance.

I can help you with general tips on how to leave a good review for a technician:
Be specific: In your review, mention the technician's name, the service they provided, and any specific details that made your experience positive.
Highlight their expertise: If the technician demonstrated a high level of expertise and knowledge in their field, be sure to mention that in your review.
Mention their professionalism: If the technician was professional and courteous throughout your interaction, make sure to mention that as well.
Focus on the outcome: If the technician was able to resolve your issue or provide a solution that met your needs, emphasize that in your review.
Be honest: It's important to be honest in your review, both about the positives and any areas where you feel the technician could have improved.
Keep it concise: Your review doesn't need to be lengthy, but it should be clear and to the point.
Use proper grammar and punctuation: A well-written review that is free of grammatical errors and typos can help lend credibility to your feedback.
Remember that leaving a good review can help the technician build their reputation and can also help other customers who are looking for quality service.
