Inbox issue on iPhone
Hello. I have a BellSouth mail account. IMAP. All of the folders sync 100% (Sent items, Deleted items, etc.),
but sometimes (not every time) an email will show up in my BellSouth account Inbox on my PC and Webmail, but not on my iPhone's
Inbox.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @HalMemphis,
You will want to make sure the email is in your webmail and not being deleted by your PC or other device. If it's in there, on your iPhone, drag down to have it check for mail. It should tell you "Updated Just Now." If the mail comes through, it's because the iPhone hasn't checked for your mail yet. You can change the settings on your Password & Accounts section on how often you want it to Fetch New Data.
