Can I set parental controls on some but not all devices on my wifi?
Can I set time limits on certain devices connected to the wifi/internet but not have it affect all the devices connected to wifi? If so, how do I do it?

Can't do that with the att gateway. You need to find a router with parental controls and the features that you want that you can connect behind the att gateway.
