Audio streaming - SiriusXM on Samsung SmartTV

My Samsung SmartTV suddenly stopped streaming the SiriusXM audio. Error "Could not find the audio stream. This may be due to a temporary network or server problem. Click OK to try again". The app works fine, just can't audio. Anyone have trouble with this on ATT? My TV says it's the internet and I believe that since the app loads fine.

Thank you for reaching out to us.  I understand your concerns with your SiriusXM app not functioning properly.  It would be my pleasure to assist you with this!


A good way to see if internet is the cause of this is to check the other applications you have on your TV.  If they are getting a similar error, you may want to troubleshoot your internet using the Troubleshoot and Resolve tool on our website.  By logging in with your myAT&T information and selecting the proper service you’re troubleshooting, you can get personalized troubleshooting steps and diagnostics.  If the other apps are working fine but the XM app is not, there may be an ongoing issue with Sirius service, in which case I would recommend reaching out to Sirius’ support channels for further assistance.

I have exactly the same problem.  The Samsung tv works well as a smart tv with all the other apps, but Sirius xm just stopped working.

Did you ever get this problem solved?  I still have the same problem.  Sirius XM was no help at all,... just like the guy that answered you here.

I lost SiriusXM streaming off my ATT WiFi a couple days ago as well. All other Services worked just fine. Just SiriusXM kept freezing up.

I had the same message, also on a Samsung smart TV. It appeared suddenly after months of no issues and no other apps had connection problems. I signed out and back in to my SiriusXM account "Me -> Logout" and the audio worked again.
