Fixing the redirect.ha problem on NGV510 modem
Yesterday ATT updated my modem remotely and now I get the cgi-bin/redirect.ha problem as discussed in the following thread. https://forums.att.com/t5/AT-T-Internet-Features/redirect-ha-cacheing-problem-for-new-users-with-Motorola-NVG510/td-p/3760619

Hello @joeburch,
We're sorry about the inconvenience with your connection. You can go to this thread that goes over How to Restart and Factory Reset your Gateway. Then reboot all of your devices and this should clear the issue.
Thank you,

Mine says cgi-bin/intercept.ha...been hacked for a year and y'all have done absolutely nothing ..I've reset passwords devices factory wiped restarted clean slate no syncing to old accounts or using them as backups I mean brand new and still the same thing your customer service is a whole separate unbelievable issue in itself as they can't perform simple tasks like listening when you tell them what's happening they spend half the time trying to interrupt you or putting you on hold to NEVER RESOLVE THE ISSUE ...and I don't even see at&t anywhere on the connection but I do see Akmai.net or invocta which according to your hacked web are data mining services not customer service call centers which they deny they belong to but not sure how they account for that being who comes up in the system whenever I talk to them ...and don't worry Verizon uses live person.net Cept those employees will usually admit that's who they work for ...what's AT&T's excuse ??cause my issue is clearly a man in the middle that you're just not doing anything about ..???
