Why can't I get to pages?  I get the response above.

Hi all,

 

We see this thread is getting a lot of views. The following may resolve this:

 

  • Delete cache and cookies from  your browsers
  • Restart devices 
  • Reboot the modem
  • Use Google DNS

You will find more information here on how to troubleshoot the issues, primarily the Website and Browser Issues. Also, one thing to be aware of is the modem status. If it is blinking red when you see this error, there could be a bigger issue. You can use our myATT app to troubleshoot this, just text myATT to 556699.
