Att fiber optic install is terrible
This Superior company doing install in my yard have killed my pine tree, knocked out our street light , Flooded our yard , cut our sprinkler lines and control box! Who do we contact to fix it?

my point is at&t employees or technicians arent equipped or trained to repair damage done by a contractor they have to rehire the contractor to repair any damage this could take some time depending on the contractors schedule, any phone rep saying we will send a tech out is blowing smoke up your you know what best case a tech will come out and lay a temporary line
