Good afternoon @Supersix82, thanks for messaging us back.

I'm sorry to hear you have been unable to connect your devices to your hotspot. I can understand how frustrating this may be, and would be more than happy to continue to help.

To best assist you, are you using a separate hotspot device? Or are you using the hotspot on your cell phone to connect your Roku and Playstation? May you also provide the following:

  • Your cellphone make and model
  • If Applicable: The hotspot device make and model
  • Your cell phone software version ( You may find your software version by using our Device Support Page.)
  • Please may you describe any troubleshooting steps you may have already complete?

Thank you for your time and patience, we look forward to speaking with you soon.

Thank you for providing that information @Supersix82.

I have few recommendations that should help resolve your issue:

  • Please perform a Network Reset on your Samsung A11: From Settings > tap General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Tap Reset settings, and confirm when prompted.
  • If the prior recommendation did not work, please proceed to Troubleshoot Your Mobile Hotspot
  • Please make sure all connected devices such as your Playstation are up to date on the latest software.

Thank you for being a part of our AT&T Community.

My issue started about a week and a half ago where I can't connect to my mobile hotspot. AT&T does not have a clue and I've been on the phone three times and they keep wanting to run me through all these stupid steps that do nothing. The second time they tried to tell me it was my phone which I already knew it wasn't so I took it to Geek Squad because my warranty is still intact and they ran the tests and they're of course was nothing wrong with my phone. AT&T either is cutting data very low to where you can't get a signal or there's a problem with the towers and they won't fix them. Today is the last day that I am calling which is the third time and next time I am getting hold of the Federal Communications Commission and I'm going to file a complaint through the Attorney General's office in the state of Ohio. If I have to I will try and find if there are attorneys available to file a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines) against AT&T. Every single person I talk to has the same exact speak well we're sorry and reads off of a list and let me tell you I'm fed up with you guys. I've been with AT&T for over 15 years and I just added another line to my service and I think I'm going to cancel that and go take my business somewhere else. I will buy out my phone and my tablet and I'm sure you'll try and find some kind of script to read off of to get me to stay but I am fed up with you people. Your technical support is a joke. And blowing smoke up people's (Edited per community guidelines) is not the way to impress somebody. Because I'm not stupid. But I played your game and I had my phone checked out and guess what Samsung isn't the problem, AT&T is!
