Welcome to the Community Forums. I would be completely worried if my phone would not make calls. I would be happy to help you with this.
First please try a soft reset. This will not clear any information off the phone and helps refresh the connections. Please hold the Power and Volume down button until the phone restarts or you are given the option.
Next, please visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Make sure you are logged you’re your myAT&T account and your device is selected. Then choose Phone calls for the issue. Please run through all the steps completely.
Lastly there have been some issues with the Drive Time app which can interfere with calls. Please disable the app by going into Settings > Application manager > Drive time > Clear cache and then disable.
I hope this information helps, and please have an amazing rest of your day!

Hello @Sas1369,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community Forums! Not being able to receive phone calls can be quite concerning. I will be more than happy in getting this resolved for you!
This error may be due to AT&T Drive mode. If you have this application installed, you can try a couple of different things. You can try disabling it in your application manager. This is usually found in Settings > Apps > App Manager.
You can also go to the Google Play Store, search for AT&T Drive Mode, and apply the latest update.
If the issue is still occurring, try restarting the device. I am confident these methods will resolve this for you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns!

Thank goodness I read your solution. It seemed simple enough for even me to do; I did it and IT WORKED! thanks so much. It's been that kind of week: technical problem with quicken and then a windows defender alert about a trojan horse thingy and if I didn't call an 877 number before turning off my computer everything up to and including repossesion of my house would occur

It didn't help me either. I can't make or receive phone calls at all! I tried to reboot my phone and that didn't help. Neither did disabling Drive Mode before rebooting my phone.
