Android 9 OTA Update Package for Razer Phone 2

I was wondering if I can get ahold of the AT&T Android 9 OTA package to update my phone manually (the update package and not the android 9 stock ATT image). Since the phone wont update itself. I have already tried talking to support and giving my IMEI number to 4 different reps.

Thanks for reaching out. Here are things to know about how to receive software updates through AT&T. To do so, it must meet these requirements:

It must be an AT&T branded device.
The device must be on the AT&T network.
The device must be compatible.
The device must be on a Wi-Fi connection.
The device must have space for the update.
If the device was not originally on the AT&T network, the update may fail.
Your device should be at least up to 80% power.

If everything matches, use the steps in the following link to update the software on your Razer.
