AT&T Thanks App Login Error
I have not been able to login to my AT&T Thanks app and access my Gold membership perks. This seems to be a reoccurring issue with many. The error I receive each time is:
“Uh oh. An error has occurred. Please check back later. Code: 401 - ID: General-0002 - Invalid input value for message part %1”
This is extremely frustrating that I have not been able to use any of the perks that come along with the Gold Tier membership. I’ve tried everything including resetting my password. I have no issues logging into myATT app so it appears to be Thanks app specific.

Some of our users have found success by enabling the location services on their device. If that doesn't help, please uninstall and then reinstall the app.
Also, have you tried signing in using the AT&T Thanks website instead? This can provide an alternative to access your gold tier rewards.

The location services is enabled on my device and I’ve aleady tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I still receive the same error message.

The website you gave me to access my gold benefits is useless. It requires you to download and go through the app to access the benefits. The only thing you can access through that website is possibly movie tickets but, surprise!, I get the same error message as I get on the app. This is ridiculous...Error message received while attempting to log into the app

I have everything up to date and the Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool suggested everything I’ve already tried. I’m not the only one with this issue, it’s being reported for many people. These Gold benefits were the only thing keeping me with AT&T, if I can’t access them I might as well just switch to a carrier that has better service in my area.

Nope. No resolution. So much for saying “Thanks” to their customers with an app that you can’t login to and access benefits...

Same issue here. Crappy app. Unable to login. Tried all suggestions...no luck...Not sure if AT&T is actually serious about this...so many complaints online regarding AT&T Thanks App login issues...
