still paying for a phone that was supposed to be free


We are a military Familie and we have been a long time at&t customer. We have been very patient, but we are now ready to change providers!
Since March last year we are trying to get this problem solved they have been case numbers opened with no result! There have been promises made from different people in your service! No one resolved the issue!
We got two iPhones in march last year buy one get one free. The sales rep told us that after two month we wouldn't have to pay for the second one and would be getting the already payed money back. Since than we are trying over the phone and in person to solve this with no help! We have wifi, phones and direct tv through you! Also since a month our direct tv doesn't have the station Kauz anymore which means we can not watch cbs.
Are you able to offer us a solution or should we just go ahead and cancel all services from you?

this is a customer to customer forum we can only offer suggestions based on our own past experience. as far as your local station it may be one that is in contract negotiations with direct tv and other providers as well
