We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to make calls. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. How long has this been going on? What kind of cell phone are you using? Which of our plans is currently set up on your account? What exactly happens when you try to make a call? Are you still able to receive phone calls? Can you still send/receive text messages and use your mobile data? Please let us know.
