Having your usage log have some blank spots can cause some concerns. I will be more than happy to help!
Blank spots on your wireless usage can indicate the number was never reported to our systems, or it was a failed message. Some companies don’t report their number and at times, it can display as a bunch of zeros.
If you noticed them fairly recent, you can match the timestamps in your phone to the usage online to determine the sender or recipient of the message.
