Third party employee enrollment, IMO Accounts
I was notified by our account executive for Apple that their position would be eliminated. So now we have no one to contact to be enrolled in the third party employee discount program. Who can I contact to complete my enrollment? I have submitted request via the IMO portal back on 3/24/17 and it's been stuck in pending status.. is there anyone even working these request anymore?

Thanks for reaching out! Not having your discount apply can certainly be worrisome. I will be glad to help answer your IMO Discount questions!
You will use the IMO portal for your enrollment, if you are still displaying a pending status, you may need to approve the emailed ticket before it is moved on for processing. This could be what has your request on hold.
As far as having a contact for future questions or enrollments, your manager/superior would be the best resource for further information.

I am enrolled in in the portal. The ticket to have my account enrolled in the actual program itself has been pending status for about 3 weeks now. None of my managers have a contact. Our contact was our account executive whose position At&t has eliminated. I work for Apple Retail.

Hello Xavier,
I just want to touch base to see if you were able to get the IMO discount. I did sumbit a case on 4/13, but have yet to hear back from them.
Please let me know if your management was able to get you in contact with someone to apply the discount.

Welcome to the Community Forums. The IMO discount is a great way to get wireless services and I would be happy to go over what it includes.
There are not any current IMO discounts for DirecTV service; however, if you are enrolled in the unlimited plan you are eligible for the $25 Video Loyalty Credit for TV services.
