My wireless was suspended, and I can't pay until I get my check. I have no way of reaching anyone to discuss this situation, as I have no phone service! Also, I cannot find an email address or anyway to talk to anyone. I'm really frustrated about this situation. I was only a couple of weeks behind on my payment, and I was not allowed any leeway.

Once your account is past due, it is subject to suspension. To keep from being suspended, a payment arrangement must be made BEFORE your bill is due.

How long do you think you should be allowed to be past due before you are suspended? Two weeks late is not leeway?
