Suspended Service Re-Activated?

My service has been suspended due to non-payment. Unfortunately, my husband had been hospitalized for Congestive Heart Failure and I was not able to work. Once my bill is paid in full, will my service be reactivated?

Good evening @JennAlbrecht, allow us to lend a helping hand. Yes, your service will be restored once the full amount due is paid. Check out this support article on Restoring service on a suspended account for more information. Thanks for reaching out to us.

My service was suspended and I'm being told to pay my past due amount not the full amount. I did have a payment extension but was unable to pay it. How long do I get to pay before I'm cancelled totally. I get paid Saturday.

You have 60 days to bring the account current or it’s canceled

Even if I received an email saying make a payment as soon as possible.  I thought it was probably awhile till I was totally cancelled.

@Tariq_Karim You have posted on a 2 year old totally unrelated thread. You won’t get an answer on this thread. Please start your own thread. This thread will be closed.
