Question about switching to unlimited plan
I just upgraded to the unlimited choice enhanced plan today. Since I was already on autopay and paperless billing will I automatically get a $20 credit each month? Also I have been enrolled in the lowest plan for direct tv now. What credit will I get for having the direct tv now/unlimited plan combo? I’m a postpaid customer.

The auto pay and paperless discount is automatic, but may not start for 1 to 2 months. I have not seen reports of delays if already signed up.
You get a $15 discount off TV service, which you have to verify with your phone number online in DTVN website.
You get free HBO.

The $15 credit shows up on your DTV NOW bill.
Have you done the following? https://www.att.com/plans/unlimited-data-plans-plus-v2.html you need to use the primary account phone number (check the bill).
