Phone lost but tracking # shows was deliveres

Att is staying they have not yet received my phone I sent in. However the tracking # shows phone was delivered on Dec4th, 11 days ago. Customer service said I would continue to be charges for the phone until they receive it, but tracking shows it was already received. Please help!
