Payment plan

I was told this morning that I would be able to extend my payment. Tried to pay my payment arrangement at a store location last night and was told their registered were closed I could only use kiosk. Didn't have change and I couldn't afford to over pay my agreement. Chatted twice waiting on a supervisor only to find none were in the building...twice. Spoke with a rep who said they would take care of it then a super isor who advised me to make the payment today and don't have the option to extend the bill that became due yesterday. Was told that once I paid today it would open up the payment options. Not my fault I couldn't pay yesterday when the location turned me away and I couldn't get change. When I came right back they were closing the gates even though it wasn't quite 8 yet. I need a 2 week extension and was told this morning I would be able to

The AT&T payment arrangement option is completely self-service and can be made by you either online at www.att.com or from the myAT&T app.

 

Please keep in mind that any payment arrangement would need to be made before the due date of your bill.
